This postpartum yoga series, led by Dr. Vanessa Gale, offers beginner-friendly poses in a casual open atmosphere. Mommies and babies will work together on breathing techniques and basic sequences.
Open to infants 8 weeks to 12 months.

In this three-class series led by Lauren Hextell, parents will work on the fundamentals of infant massage. Class 1- Elimination Buttons. Learn techniques to help with constipation, colic, reflux and GI relaxation. Class 2- Butterfly Touch. Learn this gentle technique introduced by Dr. Eva Reich to soothe and calm in any situation.
